Okay. I've switched to "Friends Only" commenting. That spam was just awful. I have well over 500 comments to delete now, and there's no quick way to do it.

I'm considering moving my FFXI/Potion blogs to Vox. We haven't heard from Iceshadow for months, and I don't think the site will survive. It's probably quicker to move all my entries over than to delete all this spam.

Screw it. I'll do it now. It's the weekend and I'm kind of fed up. I'll let you know when I've set things up.

Thursday, June 22, 2006 - What now?

I'm back to Thief! And it feels good ^^

Or it should feel good. I put my LFG flag up this afternoon. It's now 9pm and no invites. Gah! I've blown the last of my Monster Signa money on a Dodge Earring, since I've had no luck getting a BCNM party together. I have less than 4000 gil on me >< I'm the poorest Thief in the world.

So, I'm running around aimlessly with my LFG flag up, not really knowing what to do other than waste my money XD This is depressing.

Off to Yhoator Jungle to drop off some supplies at the outpost there while Windy has control. Hopefully I can get a party there too >< Wish me luck!

UPDATE: I'm not a happy kitty. 6 hours LFG... nothing. Tomorrow, I'm going to spend my LFG time sharpening my knives. Altana help you, Ramuh, if you don't invite me to party tomorrow...

Thursday, June 8, 2006 - Back to Kazham

The last few nights have been slow, been having RAM problems, as well as being distracted by Animal Crossing. I finally have Ninja leveled to 25. It took me 6 months to get Thief to where I am with Ninja. It's been less than a month. Can I get to 30 in a week?

I splurged on a Federation Gi. I've yet to take it for a run, but it's looking shit-hot. I wish my Thief had something like that. One more level and I can equip my Dodge Headband. +6 Evasion! Now, If I can get my paws on a pair of Dodge Earrings... mwahahahaa... untouchable!

Speaking of fun happy items, I have a stack of Beastmen Seals I'd love to trade in for some BCNM fights. Particulary for this, this, and this. Let me know if you can help me out ^^

Off to Kazham now. Mmm, tropical paradise. Remind me to take some Smithy repellant.

Friday, April 21, 2006 - D-D-D-D-Dragon?

Thanks to Reldin helping me out last night, I'm now ready to do the last part of Mission 2-3; Dragon slaying! While I'm there, I might as well pick up the second key I need for the Kazham Airship Pass.

I also defeated my first NM! ...Stray Mary! XD I was riding a Chocobo on my way to Sandy (for the first time XD) and there she was! Dismounted, attacked, bop, got Mary's Milk :3 /dance

Yeah, I'm feeling a whole lot better after last night ^^ /grin

Thursday, April 20, 2006 - I trusted you, EB!

I went into EB Games today to pick up a copy of the new expansion pack, but it hadn't arrived yet! They had the Xbox 360 copies, but no PC copies. I'd be exploring this new world by now, but no! Sigh...*

In the meantime, I'm in a really grumpy state. Once I hit 26, everyone goes off to party in Kahzam. I don't have an airship pass, and to get the keys myself is impossible. I've shouted a few times for help in Palborough Mines (where I can pick up a key, and do part of my 2-3 mission), but nothing. WHERE'S THE LOVE, RAMUH? Where are the bored 75/37's? (Off exploring the new islands?) I'm feeling stuck X3 I don't like this feeling.

* Edit: After nearly a weeks delay, I got a call today saying they've finally got the 'spansion in! Because I can't get to the shop, they're going to mail it to me gratis. EB has redeemed itself! Much love to the girls at Albury EB Games ^^ geg is going to put his old DVD-Rom in this computer so I can install it too. What a darlin'. And such a hot arse. Or whatever.
